When in the initial stages of getting to know someone, often times we can sense when something is wrong. However, we tend to ignore it. We believe it is caused by overthinking and self-sabotage and convince ourselves to just look past the problem(s). If you see that nothing changes after an issue has been addressed, please WALK AWAY. It will save you from wasted time and heartache. No further research or investigation is necessary. It’s simple, just LEAVE!

HIT or MISS! They are inconsistent with their communication.
Too busy (We ALL are busy! People make time for what they want.)
Only small talk, no meaningful conversations
Communicating less than 3-4 times per week
They do not want to initiate dates.
They just want to text or talk, but never or always have excuses about meeting up. They are not that interested or they are already occupied.
They are doing too much, TOO SOON!
Are they trying to become your boo after the first date? Telling you that they love you after only knowing you for a week? Heavy on the compliments? These can be seen as signs of neediness and/or manipulation. Either way, stay AWAY!
They say and do things that don't make sense.
A lot of times we KNOW when something is wrong. However, we tend to ignore it. TRUST YOUR GUT! It will save you from wasted time and heartache. No research or investigation is necessary. It’s simple, just LEAVE!
They challenge your boundaries.
If you tell someone that you’re not comfortable with meeting at their place or don’t kiss on the first date, but they are still trying to “persuade” you, EXIT IMMEDIATELY. They do not respect you and is NOT worth your time.
